Phi Hotel Milano

At first it was impossible to find the hotel as Waze does not take you to the property entrance as if it was not adjacent to any road. After much asking I was shown to the hotel entrance. The look of the reception did not bode well as it has an awkward layout and is rundown, however once in the elevator, the corridors, the room and bathroom were surprisingly good, the bed was good so was the TV channels offering. The immediate spot of the hotel is not great but its overall location is OK.

Very good location just 30min from city centre. staff friendly and rooms clean and bright. our trip was pleasant for family members and I asked hotel staff a little touch to put a note in the room with a Happy Birthday massage, It was a nice surprise when they done more than I expected, they put a small box of chocolates. it was very nice, hotel staff done extra mile for us.

Phi Hotel Milano was great and so clean with all the facilities needed. Mr Karlos is great person and always trying to help and always smiling 🤗 also the breakfast staff is great, friendly and open-hearted. I highly recommend this Hotel." We enjoyed our stay.

clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast and very helpful staff bathrooms good size, large shower we stayed for 3 days and traveled into Switzerland for a day,easy access to here too

The hotel is close to fiera milano. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to and from Fiera Milano during popular exhibitions. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The staff also understands English which is a very helpful thing in Italy.
